Refund Policy - RVSTechInfo

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- If the service/product is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our fault.
- If the service/product is found to have technical defects that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
- If the customer has been charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the service has been fully rendered as per the agreed scope.
- If the customer fails to provide necessary details required for service completion.
- If the issue arises due to third-party software/hardware incompatibility.
- If the request is made after the stipulated refund claim period (as specified per service agreement).
- Digital products, once downloaded or accessed, are non-refundable.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
- Submit a refund request via email at support@rvstechinfo.com with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Our support team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the service has been delivered or consumed, a partial refund may be considered at RVSTechInfo’s discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us for any disputes before initiating chargebacks with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension and additional legal actions if necessary.
